Jamie Oliver's recipe. It turned out very tasty, and not only chicken, but also vegetables baked with it! The chicken gets a pleasant "pepper-tomato" taste!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the tomato and onion into large slices (I cut them into 6 pieces), remove the seeds from the pepper and chop coarsely too. Put everything in a deep baking sheet. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife, place on top, add thyme, paprika, oil and stir.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and put on top of the vegetables.
  3. Put in an oven preheated to 180 grams for 1 hour, during which you need to pour the meat with the resulting juice from the bottom of the baking sheet 2 times.
