Tender chicken with a cheese flavor

  1. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Chop the onion arbitrarily (smaller or larger, as you like), three carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil and add a few tablespoons of mayonnaise (or sour cream) so that the vegetables are well greased (like we make a salad with mayonnaise), mix and heat well, fill with hot water and add melted cheese, stir until the cheese is completely dissolved , salt, pepper to taste. Put the pieces of chicken into the boiling sauce (the sauce covers about 2/3 of the pieces of chicken), cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes until the chicken is ready. During cooking, it is advisable to turn the chicken pieces once. Quite a lot of sauce is obtained. Serve with any side dish.
