• garlic 2-3 cloves
• tomatoes 2-3 pcs
• extra virgin olive oil 2-3 tbsp

• bay leaf 2-3 pcs
• salt

Directions

1. Wash, dry and cut the meat into small pieces. Finely chop the onion. Combine meat, onions, mustard, and olive oil. Season with salt to taste and transfer to a baking dish. Cook in an oven preheated to 190-200 ° C for 20 minutes.
2. At this time, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, peel the garlic.
3. Remove the dish from the oven, add tomatoes, garlic (whole chives), bay leaf and pepper. Mix everything well and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
