Chicken in pink sauce

In the book of Italian recipes, the dish was simply called Gallina in rosa - "Chicken in pink".
The finished sauce, of course, turns out not quite pink, but rather orange with a pinkish tinge, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is that the chicken in such a sauce is very easy to cook and it turns out delicious.

Ingredients

• chicken (you can use any parts, I had legs) 700-800 g
• 1/3 cup tomato paste
• milk 2/3 glass
• dry white wine (without it) 1/3 glass
• butter 1 tbsp
• salt, pepper, herbs to taste
• * 1 glass = 200 ml

Directions

1. Mix milk with tomato paste. Place the pieces of chicken in a large frying pan, pour the "pink sauce", add white wine, butter in small pieces (if the chicken is very fatty, you can put less oil), salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cover the pan with a lid, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 1 hour. That's it - the chicken in pink sauce is ready!
