  1. Divide the chicken breast into fillets. Use the handle of a knife to beat off each slice a little. Melt the butter in a preheated frying pan and fry the fillets on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Cut the cheese into slices and place them on top of the meat. Cover the pan and reduce heat.
  3. Wait for the cheese to melt.
  4. Pour cream into the pan, add finely chopped pickles and season with pepper and salt. Cook under a closed lid over low heat. Turn the meat two or three times. In about five to seven minutes, the meat will be ready.
