I have long wanted to try this recipe, but all hands did not reach. And then the hour came ..)) I had to tinker a little, but the result is worth it

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil peeled potatoes, add butter, milk, make mashed potatoes. Fry finely chopped onion with chopped mushrooms, fry until the liquid has completely evaporated. Mix the puree and mushrooms. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Pepper the chicken drumsticks, salt, fry on all sides for about half an hour, leave to cool. Prepare the finished puff pastry: roll out 3 mm thick, cut into squares with a side of 15 cm, save the trimmings. Form a small cake from the scraps and place it in the center on each square. Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on it, put the drumstick vertically, fold the edges of the dough up and tie it with a thread (just not tight).
  3. Transfer the bags to a baking sheet lined with parchment (lightly grease the paper). Put foil caps on the bones so that the ends do not burn. Bake the chicken legs in a bag with potatoes and mushrooms for about 20 minutes. When the bags are ready, do not forget to remove the thread from them. This original dish should please the guests.
