Chicken meatballs in potato baskets

Finally, I cooked them, tasty, fast, and I am not ashamed to serve them to the festive table.

Ingredients

• for 6-7 baskets
• potatoes 4 pcs (medium)
• minced chicken 250 g
• onion 1 pc (small)
• egg 2 pcs
• butter 30 g
• flour 2 tablespoons
• vegetable oil
• hard cheese 100 g
• boiled rice 2 tbsp
• salt pepper

Directions

1. Boil potatoes and mash in mashed potatoes, add butter, 1 egg, 50 gr. grated cheese, flour, salt.
2. Finely chop the onion, fry a little.
3. Add onion, egg, rice to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix.
4. Divide the mashed potatoes into the muffin tins. I have silicone molds, I oiled them a little. We form a bun out of minced meat and put it in the center, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top and bake at 190 gr. 40 minutes.
5. Leave the prepared baskets for 10 minutes in the oven to set the puree. Eat hot
