The chicken is so delicious that this recipe will now settle in your family

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Gently cut the meat part from the chicken legs without the skin in one piece, if you take the chicken breast, you can simply cut it in two. Then slightly beat the resulting fillet between the layers of cling film, salt, pepper, you can add garlic, who likes, put aside. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard (mustard is not one that burns very much, but spicy); if there is no mustard, ordinary sour cream will do. Put the resulting fillet on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and send it to the oven preheated to 180-200 degrees, brown a little. When the meat will turn white, grease it with the resulting sauce and again give it to the oven to be torn apart, 5-10 minutes before being ready to sprinkle with grated cheese. It turns out unusually tender, tasty and appetizing !!!
