Chicken roll stuffed with rice and chickpeas

  1. Cook chickpeas. Cook rice. Dice the zucchini and tomato.
  2. Simmer chickpeas, rice, zucchini and tomato in a pan for 5 minutes. Season with saffron.
  3. Beat off the fillet. Salt and pepper. Put cheese on top. Then put a little of the stewed filling and roll into a roll. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Preheat a frying pan. Fry the roll until golden brown in olive oil.
  5. Serve the remaining filling with the roll.
