The sausage is simple and quick to prepare, juicy, aromatic, dietary, and you can also give it to children!

  1. To prepare such a sausage, you will need a food processor, or a blender, with a "knives" attachment.
  2. Load all the ingredients for the sausage in portions into the bowl of the combine and grind into a homogeneous mass, almost to the state of an emulsion.
  3. It is better to first beat the breast with garlic, then add the egg, starch and spices - beat.
  4. Last of all, pour in milk in parts and beat again.
  5. Cups or glasses must be greased with vegetable oil, and the minced meat should be spread over them.
  6. I made 2/3 of the recipe and I had 3 cups of 250 ml. Wrap the cups tightly with cling film so that the water does not get into.
  7. For reliability, I also tightened two cups with foil.
  8. Place the cups in the pot.
  9. At the bottom of the pan, you need to lay some kind of rag, as when sterilizing cans with blanks.
  10. Pour water to half cups, put the pan on the fire, cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
  11. Cook after boiling for 35-40 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool slightly and remove the sausage from the mug.
  13. Then we cut and enjoy)))
  14. Store in a refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
  15. You can make sausage without additives. Optionally, you can add pieces of pepper, fried mushrooms, hard cheese, any spices and in general what your soul desires !!!
