Chicken skewers baked with rice and vegetables

When you don’t really want to stand at the stove for a long time, but they ask for something delicious! I remember and cook this recipe - fragrant, delicious rice with vegetables and chicken skewers! All this at once I put in the oven - and you're done!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Add kefir, paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt and dry garlic (or fresh garlic squeezed through a press). Also here - a little vegetable oil (a couple of tablespoons).
  2. Mix and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. During this time, prepare the vegetables. Onion, cut into cubes, lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil (until light golden).
  4. We send zucchini, tomatoes and sweet peppers, also cut into cubes, to the pan. Saute over high heat for a couple of minutes.
  5. Summer vegetables are good! Now add curry mixture and washed rice. Stir, let the rice absorb all the flavors (a few minutes).
  6. Salt.
  7. Add two cups of water and let the garnish boil.
  8. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  9. We cover the pan (I have with a removable handle) with foil. We make many small holes in the foil. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers and arrange on foil.
  10. We bake chicken skewers and rice with vegetables in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  11. Enjoy your meal!
