Chicken is delicious. You can fry chicken skewers in a pan or on the grill.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into portions.
  2. Onion peel, wash, cut into rings.
  3. Put the meat into a bowl. Salt, pepper.
  4. Add onions and champagne (or dry white wine). Stir, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat up the pan, pour in the oil. Put meat into hot oil (without onion). Fry over medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add the onion, fry, stirring, until the onion is golden.
  7. Cover the pan with a lid, steam the kebab over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Chicken skewers in a pan are ready. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. I recommend adjika for barbecue, fresh vegetable salad and a pleasant company.
  9. Enjoy your meal!
