For cooking, you need skewers. If using wooden skewers for kebabs in the oven, soak them in cold water while the kebab marinates.
Cut the chicken breast into pieces - 4 pieces each. per serving.
Peel the onion and cut into rings.
Transfer the chopped chicken fillet to a bowl, add mayonnaise, water and onion rings. Pour in salt, ground pepper and spices to taste (I used suneli hops).
Gently toss chicken with mayonnaise, onion and spices.
Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
10-15 minutes before the end of the marinating time, turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees.
Put the marinated chicken fillet with onions on skewers and place in a baking sheet covered with foil.
Bake chicken skewers in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes. In the process of cooking, the skewers need to be turned over - once is enough.
