  2. Prepare the marinade: mix sour cream, vinegar, salt and spices. Mix well.
  3. We send chicken meat to the marinade, mix and marinate for 30-60 minutes.
  4. We prepare the rest of the products. We take out the puff pastry from the refrigerator, wash the vegetables.
  5. Cheese and sweet pepper cut into cubes.
  6. Cut cherry tomatoes in half, very small tomatoes can be left whole.
  7. String chicken fillet on skewers, alternating with pepper, cheese and tomatoes.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry a little and cut into strips 3 cm wide.
  9. We wrap chicken skewers in strips of puff pastry, we press the edges well.
  10. Place chicken skewers in puff pastry on a sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, 35 minutes. Temperature - 180-200 degrees.
  12. Chicken skewers in puff pastry are ready. While the dish is hot, you can easily remove the skewers if desired.
  13. The baked chicken was tender and the vegetables were delicious. And the cheese melted and stretched.
