A little of your time, a little more waiting, and delicious chicken skewers on your table. A marinade based on soy sauce, honey and wine vinegar makes chicken meat tender and juicy. And baked plums give the kebabs an original touch and a pleasant aroma.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Wash plums and chicken and pat dry.
  3. Place wine vinegar and honey in a bowl.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and vegetable oil.
  5. Peel the garlic, chop and also add to the marinade.
  6. Add salt (keep in mind that the soy sauce is already salty). Mix everything.
  7. Cut the chicken fillet into square pieces (with a side about the size of a plum) and transfer to a bowl.
  8. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken, mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes (if time permits, you can also for a couple of hours).
  9. After 25 minutes, turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  10. While the chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 20 minutes to keep them from burning during cooking.
  11. Divide each plum into two halves and remove the pits.
  12. Thread marinated chicken fillet onto skewers, alternating with plum halves. Line a baking sheet with foil, put the skewers there, pepper.
  13. Place a baking sheet with chicken skewers with plums in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven).
  14. Chicken skewers with plums are ready.
  15. Serve with fresh herbs and vegetables.
  16. Enjoy your meal!
