A little ryazhenka and a few skewers - and the chicken in the oven turns out just magical! Simple recipes from your favorite products!

  1. You will need these bamboo skewers, which we pre-soak in water for a couple of hours.
  2. We cut out the bones from the chicken thighs, remove the skin. You can immediately buy thighs without bone and skin.
  3. Sprinkle chicken meat with ground black pepper, paprika, salt and dried herbs (fresh herbs will burn when baked).
  4. Add minced garlic and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  5. We add ryazhenka. It will add tenderness to chicken meat.
  6. Mix well. Leave the chicken to marinate for at least an hour. If possible, of course, it is better to marinate overnight - and then the chicken meat will generally be fragrant and very tasty.
  7. Before further work with chicken meat, turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  8. We assemble the structure for baking: we cover the baking sheet with foil, and put the grate on top.
  9. Fold the thighs in half and carefully string them onto two wooden skewers so that the meat does not hang anywhere.
  10. If the skewers are as short as mine, you can string 3 thighs, and then 3 more thighs on skewers towards each other, and connect them.
  11. We send the thighs on the wire rack to the preheated oven.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes on one side and 20 minutes on the other. The temperature in the oven is 180-200 degrees.
  13. Focus on your oven.
  14. We serve fragrant chicken meat with a side dish of your choice (we have boiled potatoes and fresh herb salad).
  15. Very, very tasty!
