Cut the chicken into portions and boil until tender for about 30 minutes.
Dissolve starch in cold milk so that there are no lumps.
Peel the onion and garlic and grind in a blender into a homogeneous gruel.
To the resulting gruel, add milk with starch, an egg, grated cheese (or processed cheese), salt and pepper, to taste, - mix the mass well until a homogeneous consistency.
Remove the boiled chicken pieces from the broth, dry them and dip each piece in the cheese-onion mixture (so that it is covered with cheese mass on all sides).
Then roll each piece in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chicken in a pan well heated with vegetable oil until golden brown.
