Wash the potatoes, put in cold water and cook after boiling for 6 minutes. Cool and clean.
Rinse the chicken, dry it and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the mushrooms, peel and dice the onion.
Heat a little in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, transfer to a plate.
Fry the onion in the same oil, add mushrooms to it and fry until the liquid evaporates. Pour in flour, mix well and without ceasing to interfere, pour in milk and cream, add chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
Put the sauce in a fireproof dish. Grate potatoes on top on a coarse grater, add a little salt and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake on medium for about 30 minutes.
