  1. Boil the rice, mix it with one beaten egg until smooth. At the same time, the rice should turn evenly yellow.
  2. In a frying pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, fry separately chopped shrimp, squid and fish, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat four eggs with a whisk, combine the fried shrimp, squid and fish in a frying pan, add finely chopped herbs, mix.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, stirring the contents thoroughly until the eggs are evenly distributed. Heat a frying pan with the contents over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add rice to the mixture of seafood and eggs and stir everything.
