Chocolate cocktail with liqueur

Ingredients

• 1 glass of milk
• 1 egg
• 1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
• 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
• 50 ml chocolate liqueur
• grated nutmeg on the tip of a knife

Directions

1. Grind the egg thoroughly with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved. Add cocoa powder, stir.
2. Bring the milk to a boil and pour it into the egg mixture in a very thin stream, stirring constantly. Allow to cool.
3. Whisk the remaining cocoa. Without stopping whisking, pour in the liqueur and add the nutmeg. Fill the glass to half with crushed ice, pour in the cocktail.
