Chops with cheese

Tender cutlets with cheese that kids really like

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the meat with cold water, dry well with paper towels, and cut across the grain.
  2. Beat off on both sides, between two layers of cling film, salt and pepper each chop.
  3. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  4. In a separate bowl, shake the eggs with a fork, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour flour into a separate plate.
  6. Place a few small cheese cubes and a small piece of butter in the middle of the chop. Wrap so that the fillet is closed on all sides.
  7. Then dip each cutlet first in an egg, then in flour, again in an egg and in breadcrumbs.
  8. Fry the cutlets in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils until tender (about 4-5 minutes on each side).
