Cold strawberry tea

Summer drinks should be aromatic, refreshing and always made from natural ingredients. Such as our strawberry tea.

  1. Make strawberry syrup. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water and sugar, place over medium heat and wait for the sugar to dissolve completely. Add the strawberries and simmer until very soft and the syrup thickens, about 10 minutes. Strain the syrup, remove the strawberries, they are no longer needed, and cool completely.
  2. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the tea bags and let sit for 30 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
  3. Fill a large pitcher with ice. In a bowl, combine strawberry syrup, chilled tea, lemon juice, and mineral water. Pour the drink into a jug of ice. Add a few thin slices of lemon. Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries.
