Delicious hedgehogs all secret in a very simple sauce

Peel the onions and carrots. Grate carrots. Finely chop the onion. Fry in a skillet with vegetable oil. Mix overcooking, mix with minced meat, add rice, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Form "Hedgehogs" and place in a baking dish.
For the sauce, bring the milk to a boil, add a little flour so that there are no lumps. Put bay leaf, salt. Over low heat, stirring occasionally, bring until thickened.
Pour the sauce over the "Hedgehogs" and put in the oven on a low heat for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before cooking.
