The cutlets are very tender and juicy, with a pleasant creamy aftertaste. You can use both turkey and chicken mince to taste. You can take both that and that in half - it will also be delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. All products for cutlets should be cold, oil from the freezer. Grate a piece of bread for breading on a coarse grater. I took a large hump - it was quite enough. It turns out a beautiful, fluffy breading.
  2. Cut off the crust from a piece of bread and chop very finely, pour cold cream over the bread. In chilled minced meat, quickly grate frozen butter on a fine grater. The oil can be grated on a board in advance and put into the freezer, and then just add to the minced meat. Add the bread and cream, salt, pepper and, if desired, spices and stir quickly.
  3. Preheat a frying pan (add oil if desired), divide the minced meat into equal parts and roll in breadcrumbs. Shape, place in a skillet and fry over medium heat on both sides until tender.
