Did you know that beaver meat makes great cutlets? Try it, perhaps this dish will become a frequent guest on the family menu. After all, beaver meat is much more nutritious than beef, pork or chicken.

  1. Cut the onion, mince it with the meat. Combine minced meat with bread crumbs, add beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
  2. Form cutlets, roll in flour. Heat oil, fry patties until golden brown. Transfer the finished ones to a saucepan.
  3. Pour the cutlets in a saucepan with the oil in which they were fried, add sour cream, pour in one glass of water. Put on moderate heat, after boiling, leave to sweat for 15 minutes.
  4. To complement, choose your preferred side dish - cereals, potatoes or stewed vegetables. Make a vegetable salad. The cutlets themselves can be sprinkled with chopped dill, parsley or green onions. Bon Appetit!
