  1. All products are taken in equal quantities, measured out with a measuring cup. For you I will translate into tablespoons and milliliters. Coffee - regular instant coffee, water - boiled (warm).
  2. Mix coffee and sugar in a comfortable large cup. And little by little we add water (literally on a tablespoon), while whisking it with a whisk.
  3. As soon as the color changes, you can add the next portion of water. And so we introduce it all gradually.
  4. Whisk until shiny, dense. You can use a mixer, blender, but better with a whisk. This takes 2-3 minutes.
  5. The first option: pour milk into a glass and put 3 large spoons of coffee mass on top.
  6. The second option: stir in a spoonful of cocoa into three tablespoons of the coffee base.
  7. Fill the glass with milk and place the coffee-chocolate base on top. It turns out great, I like this option the most.
  8. The third option is for a hot summer day. Add ice cubes to the glass together with milk.
  9. And put the magic coffee mass on top!
