Dorada with wild rice and baked pumpkin

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Peel the pumpkin, cut it, add some salt, add half of the butter, wrap it in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Stuff the fish with basil and garlic leaves, make several cuts in the fish, salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the fish on both sides, and send it to the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Boil 250 ml of water in a saucepan, salt, add rice, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat until the water evaporates. Remove from heat, fill with butter.
  5. Put the fish on a plate, next to boiled rice and baked pumpkin on top. Decorate with lemon and a sprig of basil.
