  1. Chop the onion. Cut the heart into strips no more than 1.5 centimeters thick.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add teriyaki. Add the onion and sauté for a few minutes, until the pieces are translucent and slightly toasted.
  3. When the onions are cooked, send the meat to the skillet and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
