In a wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Fry for a minute. Then add small broccoli florets, beans and rice. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and cooked eggs, stir and serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
