  1. To make a healthy fruit smoothie, use the following foods: avocado, fresh spinach, orange, banana, apple, as well as olive oil and flax seeds.

  3. Wash the spinach leaves and dry them a little with a paper towel. We tear it with our hands and put it in a blender bowl.
  4. Add chopped banana and any kind of apple (you don't need to remove the skin from the apple).
  5. Peel the avocado, cut the pulp into pieces, add to the rest of the ingredients. Grind the contents of the bowl until smooth.
  6. Squeeze the juice from a large orange and pour it into a banana, apple, avocado and spinach smoothie. Add olive oil. Grind well again.
  7. Fruit smoothie with avocado and spinach is ready. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Sprinkle with flax seeds if desired.
