Funchoza with Green Vegetables

Funchoza with green vegetables goes well with a turkey. Instead of funchose, you can use wheat egg noodles.

Ingredients

  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions, rinse with cold water.
  2. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Cut the zucchini into long strips. Cut the green onions diagonally into 3 cm pieces.
  3. Mix the soy sauce, salt and sugar in a bowl and let the sugar melt.
  4. In a deep skillet or wok, heat 2 tbsp. l. oil and fry the ginger and zucchini over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the beans and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the peas and green onions and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce mixture, after 30 sec. add the noodles. Stir gently, fry for 1 minute.
