In the period of colds, I put ginger in a thermos and drink it in different variations. I decided to share this combination with you! Take the amount of ginger sparingly out of habit (I like it to burn well, but it's a matter of taste)!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the ginger.
  2. Slice or grate, but I don't like it, it's easier for me with a knife.
  3. I pour boiling water over a couple of spoons in a thermos. After 5 minutes, you can drink, and if too saturated, dilute with water or tea leaves, if available.
  4. Until then, peel the pomegranate seeds.
  5. You need about 2 tbsp. l. per serving.
  6. Lightly splash boiling water on the grains to squeeze out the juice more easily.
  7. Crush the grains without being too zealous or turning the cup over.
  8. Add cinnamon if you like.
  9. Pour ginger infusion from a thermos.
  10. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  11. Drink hot.
