A good refreshing and warming tea.

I love to drink it in the morning - you feel that the body is ready for a new day.
Works great for colds, in summer you can cool and add a couple of ice cubes - the taste will be completely different, very fresh!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brew tea in a teapot: 2 teaspoons per 400 ml of water. Tea can be taken as a whole as you like. I love herbal or green in this version.
  2. Finely chop the lemon wedges. Cut the ginger into strips.
  3. Peel one slice of grapefruit from the peel and films, separate the pulp. It is good to use the blank. I always make preparations from lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit: I cut the fruit and fill it with sugar, put it in jars, then in the refrigerator. You can put them in tea, baked goods, salads. The resulting syrup is delicious.
  4. I combine tea, lemon, ginger, grapefruit, sugar (can be replaced with honey). I pour it into a cup. Have a nice tea!
