The meatballs are VERY juicy, aromatic, with a lot of sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat. Soak the loaf in water or milk, squeeze and add to the minced meat. Knead. Add cottage cheese, egg and mustard, chopped herbs, a few tablespoons of milk. Knead, salt and pepper.
  2. Form meatballs from minced meat, roll in flour and fry on both sides.
  3. Let's go for the sauce. All vegetables must be finely chopped. Pour a little sunflower oil into a saucepan and fry the onions first, add carrots, peppers, tomatoes to the onions. Stir, add tomato paste, ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. We dilute starch in 1/4 tbsp. cold water, stir thoroughly and pour into vegetables. We mix. Pour hot water, add herbs and garlic through a press. Close with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Then carefully put our meatballs in the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Everything!!! Serve with any side dish or just eat like me with sauce and tortilla
