I have cooked chicken according to this recipe several times already, it turns out a very tasty chicken, and most importantly, a lot of gravy

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the onion into half rings.
  2. I removed the skin from the chicken legs and trimmed the excess fat. Whoever does not get in the way of fat can cook with the skin! Cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry onions in a pan in a small amount of sunflower oil. Set aside.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces in the same pan where the onions were fried until golden brown. Add fried onions.
  5. While onion and chicken are fried, mix milk and flour until smooth so that there are no lumps.
  6. Add milk, sour cream, salt, spices, garlic and water to the chicken so that the sauce covers the chicken, but not completely. Stir well and simmer until tender, covered for about 30 minutes. Stir sometimes! Add chopped dill almost at the end and simmer a little more.
