Hearty pilaf with beef in a pan

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into medium pieces.
  2. Cut the carrots into strips.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
  4. Add onions and carrots.
  5. Cut the beef into medium pieces.
  6. Place in a skillet over vegetables. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Pour boiled water into the pan, counting 2 cups of water per cup of rice.
  8. Boil.
  9. Sprinkle with spices, pepper, salt.
  10. When the water boils, add the rice.
  11. Cook over high heat until ½ of the liquid boils.
  12. Cover the pan with a lid, cook hearty pilaf with beef in a pan over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
