Juicy meat sauce, tender and viscous mozzarella, spicy arugula - that's why this pasta is so cozy and homemade!

  1. We take minced chicken, put eggs, finely chopped parsley, milk, tomato paste, grated cheese, salt, pepper in it. We make meatballs in whatever shape we want. And then we roll them a little in flour so that they keep their shape.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, fry the meatballs for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Pour chicken broth into a frying pan with meatballs, leave to simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes again to the pan.
  5. Cook the pasta, of course, until al dente.
  6. Next, add our cooked pasta, mozzarella balls, basil leaves, grated parmesan and a little olive oil to the meatballs and broth. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
