  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  2. Cut the horse meat into small, preferably long pieces. We put it in the pan.
  3. Fry the meat until a beautiful ruddy color.
  4. We clean the onions, then cut them into thin rings.
  5. We spread the fried meat in a cauldron, and fry the onions in a frying pan.
  6. We send the fried onions to a light golden color to the cauldron to the meat.
  7. Fill the meat with broth, add tomato paste, salt and ground pepper. Put on fire, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Now let it simmer for about an hour over low heat. The time depends on the quality of the meat, and more can be cooked.
  8. Cut the cucumbers into thin long strips. We clean the potatoes, also cut them into cubes.
  9. Stew cucumbers in a little water. Fry the potatoes until half cooked. Then we send both potatoes and cucumbers to the cauldron for meat and simmer all together for 20-30 minutes.
  10. We wash and finely chop the cilantro greens, add chopped garlic and chili. We mix. Sprinkle the basics on a plate with this mixture.
