Horse meat carpaccio

An excellent appetizer with wine and beer. Looks very tempting. Every man should try such a dish at least once in his life!

Ingredients

• 250 grams of horse meat tenderloin;
• favorite ready-made meat sauce;
• 20 grams of grated Parmesan;
• 10 grams of green onions;
• 20 grams of olive oil.

Directions

1. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices, divide into small portions.
2. Place nicely on a plate, sprinkle with sauce and olive oil, sprinkle with chives and Parmesan.
3. Luxurious carpaccio is ready!
