We offer you a Tatar horse meat recipe. Kyzdyrma is an oriental roast, which is good both hot and cold.

  1. Rinse the meat, cut into large pieces, about 6x6 centimeters. Place in a non-metallic container. Add half of the meat spices, salt and pepper, mix well, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  2. When marinating time comes to an end, prepare vegetables and herbs. Cut onion into rings or half rings, potatoes into thin slices. Chop the parsley.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, fry the meat over a high temperature until a small crust appears. Put a layer of onion on the horse meat, then a layer of potatoes, season the vegetables with salt, spices and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, pour in the broth and leave to cook under the lid for 1.5 hours at moderate temperature.
  4. After 1.5 hours, try the meat for softness, if necessary, leave to simmer for another 20-30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, cut the meat into small slices, add pita bread and vegetable salad.
