  1. I recommend marinating horse meat before cooking, at least in soy sauce - to make it softer. Fry in a preheated cauldron in vegetable oil until the meat is completely softened. While it is cooking, finely chop all the vegetables, and add to the finished meat, fry everything together for a while, and then add spices, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Simmer for a couple of minutes. Fill with hot broth or simple boiling water. Simmer the potatoes until cooked, and in parallel boil the noodles. When serving, first pour the noodles into a plate, and then pour the meat sauce on top.
