  1. Fill the meat with cold water, bring to a boil, removing the foam. Then add the onion and bay leaf. Cook the broth for 40 minutes. We extract the finished meat from the broth, cut into pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Add chopped onions and carrots, as well as tomato paste. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. We shift the meat and vegetables into a saucepan and fill with broth, bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper and spices. Stir, simmer for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished shurpa with herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
