Horse meat is not a very popular meat, but in vain! It is very easily absorbed and very beneficial for the body. If you've bought this tasty meat, make a delicious vegetable stew with it for lunch.

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces, add half a spoonful of salt, a pinch of ground pepper, adjika and chopped garlic, mix and leave for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Peel the onions, peppers and carrots, cut into pieces. You can bake it lightly in the oven, or you can fry it a little in a dry frying pan.
  3. Heat the pan well with vegetable oil and quickly fry the meat until crusty. Then add one and a half glasses of water and simmer the meat over low heat for an hour and a half. Now add vegetables, mashed tomatoes, horseradish, pepper, sugar and salt to taste.
  4. Simmer under a lid over low heat for another 15-20 minutes. Then add finely chopped greens, mix and remove from heat.
  5. We serve with any side dish: even with rice, even with pasta or potatoes.
