The sausage is very easy to prepare and very tasty.

  1. Wash the chicken meat, dry it, cut it together with the skin into cubes 1.5 - 2 cm in size (not very finely).
  2. Add garlic, passed through a garlic press, pepper, chicken seasoning to the minced meat and mix.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix the minced meat thoroughly.
  4. After that, pour 15 gr into the minced meat. gelatin and mix again.
  5. We start making sausages. From this amount of minced meat, 4 small sausages are obtained.
  6. We spread 1/4 of the minced meat on cling film.
  7. We turn into a sausage.
  8. After that, wrap the top in foil "candy".
  9. And we send it to the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  10. When the sausage has cooled, we send it to the refrigerator until morning.
  11. In the morning you will have a wonderful, tender and very tasty homemade sausage for breakfast!
