I have a faster and healthier option because I didn't fry anything beforehand and the dish turned out to be not at all heavy, but at the same time it remained satisfying.
The combination of cutlets, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic and bell pepper gives the dish an amazing taste!
And minced cutlet with the addition of grated tomatoes is just a song.
It is very tasty to soak this sauce with fresh bread

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cutlets (meatballs) and knead the minced meat well. I make long cutlets, like for kebabs.
  2. Grease with olive oil in a baking dish, put cutlets, cut potatoes into 4 parts, chopped tomatoes, bell pepper into 4-6 parts and scatter garlic cloves.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce well and pour over the vegetables.
  4. Close the baking dish tightly with foil and put in a preheated oven 180 gr. for 1 hour. After an hour of baking, check the potatoes for softness, if they are ready, remove the mold, if not, leave them to bake for another half hour.
  5. Serve the dish hot with fresh cakes (pita, bread).
  6. The dish turns out to be very tasty and satisfying
