Delicious horse sausage - spicy, aromatic and very tasty. You can make various snacks from it, you can fry it or bake it. The recipe for cooking kazylyk at home is for your attention!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare meat and guts. First you need to marinate the horse meat: cut the meat and fat into strips 3-4 cm thick and 8-10 cm long.Set and pepper to taste, add cumin and coriander, put in a dish (preferably porcelain), cover with a wet napkin (you can also use gauze ) and leave to marinate for at least 4-5 hours, and best of all for a day. The intestines need to be thoroughly rinsed. First, in cold water 3-4 times (and on both sides, the intestines must be turned out). Then rub thoroughly with salt and rinse with hot water. Tie one end tightly with thread. Stuff the horse gut tightly. Tie the other side of the sausage in the same way. I cook kazylyk. Before cooking, pierce it with a toothpick in several places so that the sausage does not burst. You need to cook in cold water for an hour and a half, maybe two. Kazylyk can also be baked, smoked or fried. But I prefer to boil it, and then you can fry it. You can serve ready-made kazylyk with onions and herbs.
