Kebab in mustard marinade

It turns out very tender, tasty and juicy shish kebab.

Ingredients

• Meat (pork) - 2 kg
• Onion turnip - 2 large heads
• Soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp. l.
• Seasoning for barbecue
• Mustard - 1 can (250 g)

Directions

1. Meat, cut into good, appetizing pieces, mix with onions, season with mustard, soy sauce and sprinkle with seasoning. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands. Marinate for 1-2 hours and you can send barbecue with mustard to the grill.
