Layered salad with tuna, rice and onions

  1. Finely chop the onion, marinate in lemon juice, mix with tuna.
  2. Boil rice, salt, rinse, cool.
  3. Grate a cucumber on a coarse grater, grate boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Lay everything in layers: rice, cheese, tuna with onions, cucumber, egg, smearing with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Decorate with a sprig of greenery.
