Juicy vegetable and meat croquettes in sour cream just from the oven are so temptingly steamy and simply melting in your mouth. An appetizing discovery for those who love cabbage rolls but lack time to cook them.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into large pieces. Peel onions and garlic. Mince the meat with a mincer.
  2. Add eggs, salt, and pepper to minced meat. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Wash the rice and simmer until cooked. The rice to water ratio should be 1:2. Make sure that the pan lid is closed to prevent steam from coming out.
  4. Add the boiled rice to the minced meat. Mix to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  5. Chop the cabbage and add it to the minced meat. Once again, mix the minced meat thoroughly. Make small croquettes.
  6. Heat the frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden on both sides.
  7. It is time to make the sauce. Cut onions and bell pepper into small pieces. Grate the carrots with a coarse grater. Put the vegetables in a preheated pan and fry in oil.
  8. Add flour, sour cream, and 250 mL of water. Stir and simmer for about six minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Put lazy cabbage rolls in the pan and pour the sour cream sauce in. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
