  1. Boil the rice until it is half done and drain the water.
  2. Mix rice with minced meat and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
  3. Form balls - 5 cm in diameter - this is the basis for our meat hedgehogs.
  4. To prepare the sauce: mix the sour cream with the remaining tomato paste, add salt and pepper.
  5. Put meat hedgehogs in a frying pan (form) slightly greased with vegetable oil, but so that they do not stick together. Or, like me, on a baking sheet covered with parchment
  6. Pour over the sauce and send to the preheated oven. Simmer until tender for about half an hour.
  7. Bon Appetit!!!
